Create a deeply functional understanding and applied practice with the inspiring tensional system of fascia.
The in-depth framework is designed to help participants look at fascia beyond the traditions of anatomy, physiology and protocol-based techniques. With this functional foundation, participants will explore ways to apply fascial dynamics to their current professional and personal practices more efficiently and creatively.
This workshop will include anatomy and research-based lecture, conversation, bodywork and movement exploration. A basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology is recommended.
Preregistration is required.

Join in! for this facilitated yet open and inspiring conversation about our possibilities for building a healthier community. Here we’ll continue to unpack the question most central to our shared vision:
What does it mean to be a healthy person in a healthy community?
It’s a big question and one worth exploring together. What are the possibilities for easing personal and collective suffering? How do we broaden our perspective on health to include financial health, mental health, the health of our relationships, and our ‘health’ overall? Everyone likely has a different perspective on what ‘health’ is. We want to hear your perspective, your passion, and your healthy possibilities.
So, let's get curious!
This will be a monthly opportunity, so come once or come often! In addition, please feel free to invite anyone who might add value to the discussion. All we request is that you come ready to engage, explore, and deepen your learning and commitment to healthy people and healthy communities.
As part of the WellBeing Cooperative, this year I will be exploring two books, in a biweekly discussion format. Contact me if you are interested!
Times are currently being determined.
Location will be in Westerville (TBD)
